Gestiona begins to roll

Gestiona and Solucion.es TiC were inaugurated on May 29th by the Second Vice President of the Valencian Government, José Joaquín Ripoll, who, accompanied by Rita Barberá, Mayor of Valencia, and Fernando Castelló, Minister of Innovation and Competitiveness, officially opened the first edition of this new event. Accompanied throughout by the fair's director, Rafael Cubel, they visited various stands in each of the halls.
Gestiona, in its first edition, did not achieve the desired impact, although organizers are confident that the competition will gain traction in future editions. Meanwhile, Solucion.es TiC celebrated its second edition, having established a solid foundation for the event.
Both events coexisted while diversifying their visitors; in this way, Solucion.es TiC was aimed at the entrepreneur and the professional, while Gestiona was oriented towards the small and medium-sized enterprise.
Manage
Gestiona's objective from its inception has been to facilitate companies' access to new tools that help improve their competitiveness in a globalized economy.
Among the exhibitors at Gestiona, the Ministry of Innovation and Competitiveness stands out with special prominence, whose participation includes the presence of organizations such as IVEX, IMPIVA, REDIT, AVEN, SEPIVA, the Valencian Foundation for Quality and Telecommunications and Modernization.
A comprehensive conference program complemented the trade fair offerings. For three days, the latest trends in management systems were presented; information was provided on the steps involved in starting a business; and legislation on innovation was analyzed, among other topics.
