Top Doctors Group acquires British company I Want Great Care

The technology group continues its growth

Top Doctors estimates to reach $28 million in annual recurring revenue by 2023, which represents more than 50% growth compared to the previous year.

Top Doctors®, leading technology group in the digital transformation of the healthcare sector and easy access to the best medical specialists, has announced the acquisition of the British I Want Great Care (IWGC), a leading company in carrying out evaluations of doctors, clinics and hospitals.

The operation, which has been closed using its own funds, aims to create synergies between both teams to take on new business challenges: becoming the reference company for patient assessments in the healthcare sector in the United Kingdom, creating new synergies in the private sector and accelerating the penetration of IWGC in the public sector (NHS).

Top Doctors Group, following its strategic line of working on the development and integration of the best technological systems, has carried out this incorporation in which IWGC will be an independent company within the Top Doctors Group, maintaining not only its identity but also the capital human. The objective of this integration is to create synergies to provide the best technology to the entire health ecosystem, to improve the care process, facilitate rapprochement and improve communication between patients and the highest level health professionals in the United Kingdom and for the best management of medical centers and hospitals, clinics, laboratories and pharmacies. All this for the public and private sectors.

IWGC has been promoting transparency in healthcare through patient reviews on the United Kingdom for 15 years, with over 6 million reviews posted on their website. Its clients include a wide range of NHS organizations as well as leading providers in the private sector, from large hospital groups to medium-sized clinics or doctor's surgeries.
