The CEO of ICEX Spain Export and Investment, Maria Pena, and the CEO of Industry Talks, Pedro Carrillo, have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of promoting the internationalization of industrial sectors.
With this agreement signed between both institutions, the aim is to generate synergies to promote the Capabilities of industrial sectors through different actions. The main actions framed in this agreement are: promoting the organization and joint dissemination of activities for the internationalization of industrial sectors, promoting information and intelligence of international markets of industrial sectors in collaboration with the network of economic and commercial offices abroad and collaborating in the preparation of reports and articles on the internationalization of industrial sectors.
Industry Talks is a digital platform that promotes and develops information, intelligence and professional networking activities, focused on promoting digitalization, technology and sustainability as factors of competitiveness in industrial sectors.
iTalks, educational talks
One of the platform's strong points are the iTalks, in which, through educational and inspiring talks, industry professionals highlight aspects such as innovation, technology, talent, etc. Another initiative within the platform is the one that seeks to give visibility to Women in the Spanish industry.
The group that promotes this initiative has launched a new industrial fair in Madrid, Industry Live, focused on industry 4.0 and 5.0, which celebrates its first edition in May of this year.
