The transformation of the supply chain is redefining skills, professional profiles, and how to attract, develop, and retain talent in logistics and transportation. The emergence of new generations, the digitalization of processes, and the need for more hybrid profiles pose key challenges for companies, institutions, and training centers.
On February 18, in collaboration with Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC), the Spanish Logistics Center is organizing the II Forum on Talent and New Profiles in Logistics and Transport Activities in Zaragoza, a professional meeting in which the evolution of the labor market and the strategies that organizations are implementing to adapt to this new context will be analyzed.
Throughout the session, issues such as the arrival of Generation Z in logistics, reskilling processes, the new demands of professional profiles and the connection between company, training and young talent will be addressed, with the participation of institutional representatives, leading companies and experts.
A forum designed to share real experiences, reflect on the future of talent in logistics and move towards a more attractive, prepared and competitive activity.
Date: Wednesday, February 18
Location: Zaragoza Logistics Center
Ranillas Avenue 5, Building 5 A (EXPO), Ground Floor, Zaragoza
