Amey, a subsidiary of Ferrovial, has been awarded a £400 million contract for the maintenance and improvement of more than 600 kilometers of main roads and railways in southwest Scotland for eight years.

Amey, Ferrovial Services' UK subsidiary, has acquired Aquatech Engineering, a consultancy specializing in water leak detection. This acquisition strengthens Amey's service offering in the water and utilities sector.
