AYRTAC Group, a company based in Aragon, has acquired the know-how, technology, and brand of EASYTECH SLR, an Italian manufacturer of machinery for the food industry. This acquisition strengthens AYRTAC's R&D capabilities, expands its product portfolio, and allows it to access new European markets.
