Debate within the cycle 'New global order and technology' organized by Casa de América together with the State Secretariat for Global Spain.

In this third session of the cycle, we reflect on how new technologies have profoundly transformed the global order and analyze the role of individuals in these processes and their scope in the society of the new century. Thus, it is about addressing individual dimensions and their balances in this new geostrategic framework.
