New organizational structure
The company launches a new organization pivoted around four business areas: defense and security, technology and digital consulting (Minsait), air traffic management (ATM) and mobility.

The Board of Directors of Indra approved on June 30, following a report from the Appointments, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee (CNRGC) and effective today, a new organizational structure in search of global leadership in defense and technology. The new organization pivots around its four business areas: defense and security, technology and digital consulting (minsait), air traffic management (ATM) and mobility.
Indra's new structure also incorporates three new transversal support responsibilities: Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With the incorporation of these figures, the company aims to be a spearhead in innovation, technological disruption and talent, while guaranteeing excellence in execution.
«This new organization, on whose design the CEO and I have worked together, will allow the company to face the new challenges that Indra faces. A more agile and cohesive organization, which drives all the teams that make up Indra, to ensure that the whole is more than the sum of the parts," he stated. Marc Murtra, president of Indra.
