41 international exhibitors will be present at the fair
The fair will be held at Ifema from 19 to 21 February
As an exclusive showcase for the bakery, pastry shop and ice cream parlour, it is presented Intersicop, a fair where companies and professionals in the sector present the latest trends in equipment, products and services.
174 direct, 98 companies represented and 41 international exhibitors coincide at the fair between February 19 and 21 with the aim of strengthening and expanding national and international trade links.
In addition to the exhibition offer, Intersicop has organised a programme of activities including technical seminars, master classes and round tables in three spaces linked to the key sectors of the event.
