Confidence boost: Capital increases in Spanish companies increase by 11,7% in 2025

The analysis of Experian Center for Economic Studies reveals a changing financial landscape. While the number of capital increase transactions decreased slightly by 0,9% to 6.793, the average ticket per transaction increased significantly, from €811.580 in 2024 to €916.194 in 2025. This increase in the average ticket suggests that companies are making larger investments, which could indicate a commitment to more ambitious expansion or restructuring projects.

In terms of the number of transactions, Real Estate Activities tops the list with 1.175, followed by Professional, Scientific, and Technical Activities, and Wholesale and Retail Trade and Vehicle Repair.
