Aimed at SMEs in the process of international expansion
It holds a seminar that is part of the awareness and information actions for SMEs included in the International Export Challenge Program, subsidized 80% by FEDER Funds and 20% by the Almería Chamber of Commerce.
La Almeria Chamber of Commerce has held, with the participation of more than twenty companies, the seminar “How to adapt my company to the global market in which the bulk of the analysis and reflection that must be considered prior to its internationalization strategy and especially regarding the commercial offer they intend to launch to the various international markets.
The seminar, which is part of the awareness and information activities for SMEs included in the International Export Challenge Program aimed at SMEs in the process of international expantionHe highlighted the importance of adapting the company's management model: in the speaker's words, Mike Mösch, director of the German Institute for Foreign Trade“This step is key and is justified by the rapid evolution of markets, the entry of new competitors, an increasingly powerful substitute supply, the concentration of demand in the hands of a few, and increasingly strict and protectionist customs legislation.”
The seminar provided attendees with an experiential perspective on how to adapt the company's brand image, presentation to new clients, communication and promotion strategy, and departmental management. The seminar was delivered over a five-hour session in which attendees were able to exchange experiences and resolve specific doubts that arise in their company.
