The Madrid Chamber supports the internationalization of more than 6.000 companies every year

La Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid held its General Meeting of Partners and Business Council, bringing together leading companies in the region to review the activity of the first half of the year and outline strategies for the future.

 

El Madrid Chamber Club has experienced significant growth in the first six months of the year, incorporating 33 new companies and organizing more than 30 events covering topics such as sustainability, digitalization, artificial intelligence, regulatory compliance, financing, taxation, mergers and procurement and marketing. In addition, networking meetings have been consolidated to encourage contact between companies and generate business opportunities.

The president of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, Angel AsensioAsensio highlighted the organization's commitment to sustainability. "We respond to the interests of businesses through services, training, and information on regulations and the development of sustainability plans," he explained, announcing the implementation of the Chamber's own sustainability plan.

 

The Madrid Chamber of Commerce continues to provide support and advice to companies in the region, serving more than 5.000 entrepreneurs and 10.000 companies. We have provided solutions to more than 23.000 companies in business development and legal advice, we have helped more than 3.000 companies a year in mediation and arbitration work, we have supported the internationalization of more than 6.000 companies each year and we have trained almost 9.000 students.

 

The chamber president has assured that "to continue on the path of excellence, we maintain a system of continuous listening, a personal and close relationship, and we implement concrete actions that help each member."

 

At the meeting of the Business Council, made up of leading companies from the Community of Madrid, the positive evolution of the regional economy, with an estimated GDP growth of 1,9% in March-April. Trends, challenges and solutions that may affect the development of the Madrid economy were shared.
