Valencian gastronomy has been the main protagonist of the event organized by Ivace+i Internacional and Turisme Comunitat Valenciana within the framework of the Foodex 2024 fair, held in Tokyo.

The objective has been reinforce the promotion of Valencian products in the Japanese market, one of the most important agri-food sector internationally.
Twelve Valencian companies, which represent 15% of the Spanish participation in Foodex 2024, They have presented their products to Japanese buyers, importers and distributors. Olive oil, olives and pickles, wines, paella preparations, appetizers, bakery products, truffles, serrano ham and honey are some of the products that have aroused the interest of the attending public.
A top-level gastronomic event has been the highlight of the Valencian promotion at Foodex. Three renowned chefs, Yoshikazu Yanome (Kaido Sushi Bar), Vicky Sevilla (Arrels) and Vicente Rioja (Hotel Rioja), They have prepared a series of typical dishes from the Valencian Community to delight the guests.
