The training is aimed at professionals linked to companies dedicated to maritime-rail freight transport and/or port authorities.
The course aims to analyze the different elements that must be combined for the provision of services rail and port facilities and to provide the necessary training and information to those who make decisions regarding the management of logistics chains where rail can be a cost-effective alternative in terms of service, cost, or time. It also aims to promote the use of rail transport by disseminating information about its characteristics and features.

For four days, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the infrastructure and equipment necessary for railway operations, as well as the legislation and documentation required to develop rail freight services. The training is conducted through theoretical classes and practical visits to rail freight facilities and the Integrated Control Center. FGC (Ruby) and some railway terminals in the area around Port de Barcelona.
