ITVERSIA Gestión, SL has sealed in Ankara its official participation in the concession contract to exploit the National Vehicle Technical Inspection (ITV) program from Türkiye. The project's figures reflect the magnitude of the challenge: the network will have to cover a vehicle fleet that reaches 35 million vehicles, which will result in the execution of approximately 16 million annual technical inspectionsFor the Madrid-based company, this milestone represents one of the most ambitious international projects ever undertaken by a Spanish corporation in the sector, consolidating the prestige of the engineering and technical knowledge national.
Institutional and financial support with a Spanish accent
The signing ceremony, held at the headquarters of Turkey's Privatization Administration, was attended by senior Turkish government officials, including the Ministers of Transport and Infrastructure, and of Finance and Treasury.
The financial backing for the operation also has a distinctly Spanish character. The banking consortium tasked with making the project viable includes as one of its main players... Over the next 20 years, the participation of ITVERSIA will guarantee the implementation of an inspection model aligned with the strictest standards European standards of safety, efficiency and sustainability, profoundly transforming the country's road safety infrastructure.
