El Official Gazette of Extremadura (DOE) has published this Tuesday a resolution approving the call for the program 'Export Check', corresponding to the 2025 fiscal year. This initiative seeks to enhance the internationalization of Extremaduran companies through financial aid that reaches up to 3.500 Euros by file.
The measure is aimed at providing asesoramiento personalized by experts in international trade, making it easier for companies to identify market opportunities, understand legal and customs requirements in destination countries, and develop effective strategies to enter new markets.
La Ministry of Economy, Employment and Digital Transformation, through its General Secretariat, has allocated a total budget of 350.000 Euros, co-financed with regional funds, to support this initiative.
The grants, which cover 80% of the investment, are aimed at promoting advice and developing commercial strategies for new markets.
Potential beneficiaries include both natural persons and legal entities operating economically in Estremadura, as well as communities of goods or other independent economic units. To be eligible, they must be engaged in activities such as transformation, manufacturing or wholesale services and have a limited volume of International sales with respect to the total.
The application period begins tomorrow, January 15, and will run until September 30 of this year. This window will allow companies to plan their projects with sufficient time to take advantage of these grants.
In the words of the Minister of Economy: “With this initiative we seek to strengthen the international presence of the Extremadura business community and open up new opportunities for our companies”.
This action reflects the regional commitment to sustainable economic growth and the global expansion of the local business sector.
