Lodgerin consolidates its leadership in international mobility

 

Lodgerin, the Spanish company that digitalises international mobility management, has announced exceptional financial results for 2024. The company has tripled its turnover for the second consecutive year, achieving a positive EBITDA margin of 15%. This success is attributed to the consolidation of its business model, which simplifies relocation processes for students and expatriates through a digital platform.

 

Lodgerin has seen remarkable growth in its accommodation offering, reaching 92.000 verified units in 32 cities, representing a 500% increase compared to 2023. More than 9.000 users globally have used the platform this year to manage their international transfers, saving time and costs in the process.

International expansion has been a key pillar for Lodgerin in 2024.

 

The company opened operations in the United Arab Emirates and the United States, where it established its first international office in Miami.

 

“International expansion remains a priority. We want to reach new markets by 2025 and offer our technology solutions globally to simplify international mobility,” Rubio added.

 

Lodgerin's growth is also reflected in its workforce, which has quadrupled over the past year. The company plans to double its workforce by 2025, exceeding 40 employees. Community of Madrid and the Chamber of Commerce Lodgerin's international vocation was recognized with the "2024 Madrid Entrepreneurial International Startup Award".
