The Association of Canary Island Businessmen in Cape Verde is now a reality
The Association of Canary Island Business Owners in Cape Verde (Accaver) is now a reality. The organization, which begins with 36 members, has established its headquarters in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, according to the digital platform. http://www.africainfomarket.org.
In Praia, the Cape Verdean capital, coinciding with the 3rd Macaronesia Fair, the association was officially launched and presented to the country's top officials. Its president, Laureano Rocha Brito, predicted a bright future for Canary Island businesses pursuing international expansion, noting that "there are already over a hundred businesspeople in Cape Verde, both from the Canary Islands and the rest of Spain, and it's in our best interest to seize this opportunity."
This situation of business expansion leads Rocha Brito to believe that "it may be possible to create, in the future, an association of Spanish businessmen."
