Maersk takes control, enters with a majority stake in Bergé

 

Bergé and Company y AP Moller Capital have announced a strategic alliance that will make this port operator a leader in Iberia and Latin America. AP Moller Capital, through an investment vehicle of AP Moller Holding, will acquire a majority stake in 51 % in BERGÉ.

 

The partnership will inject capital to boost BERGÉ's organic and inorganic growth, leveraging AP Moller Capital's expertise in the logistics sector. The goal is to consolidate its position as a leading company in multipurpose port infrastructure.
