The Higher School of International Trade, ESCI, offers a new program, the Master in International Management (MGI), with the aim of preparing people who do not have specific training in business administration and management and who are interested in joining international companies, contributing their scientific, technical or humanistic skills to the new business reality we live in today.
This program arises with the purpose of guiding the student to obtain a global, realistic and practical vision of how to manage an international company.
During the course, different management techniques and tools will be covered, while at the same time developing their analytical and thinking skills to act as a true international business manager.
In the practical part of the program, students will have the opportunity to participate in various workshops led by executives from international companies. These executives will share their experiences, explain the methodologies they used, and describe the results they achieved in different real-world cases.
To complete the program, students will have to create a Business Plan for a real company, after spending a month in a different country interviewing business owners and managers interested in learning about the company's products and the terms of potential collaborations.
Furthermore, after completing the Master's program, the student will remain full-time in an international company, either in our country or abroad, where they will have the opportunity to develop and put into practice the knowledge acquired during their training period.
