The asset is located in the Corredor del Henares, one of the most important logistics hubs of Españawhich has direct access to the A-2 motorway. Its location facilitates an optimal connection with Madrid and other key infrastructure for freight transport, such as the Airport Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajasjust 30 kilometers away. This prime location favors operations of last mile distribution such as regional and national distribution, thanks to its proximity to a consolidated consumer market and a large labor network.
Technical modernization for high-performance operation
The renovation has given the building top-tier features. The work included a complete overhaul of the façade, roof, and floors, along with upgrades to the... 64 loading and unloading dockswhich now serve both trailers and light vehicles, enabling high-volume operations. The maneuvering area, access roads, and perimeter fencing have been modernized.
