MOLDSTOCK Logistics, a leading company in logistics services Moldtrans Group, has announced the acquisition of REDSla, CENTRUM and the goodwill of Aries Logistics, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the national logistics sector.

 

The incorporation of REDSla and CENTRUM, companies with extensive experience in the electronics, communications, promotional products, cosmetics, furniture and decoration sectors, will allow MOLDSTOCK expand your geographic coverage and strengthen its operational capabilities.

 

REDSla, with presence in Cabanillas del Campo (Madrid), and CENTRUM, located in Las Palmas and Tenerife, provide more than 25.000 m² of facilities and a team of more than 100 professionals. MOLDSTOCK will maintain the operations of both companies in their current locations to guarantee continuity of service and reinforce its presence throughout the national territory.

 

Aries Logistic joins MOLDSTOCK in Barcelona

For its part, Aries Logistic, founded in 1994 and with a solid track record in the logistics sector, will be integrated into the MOLDSTOCK facilities in Santa María de Palautordera (Barcelona). This union will allow more efficient and personalized management, benefiting the clients of both companies and ensuring the quality of service.
