After long meetings with the client, the technical team opted for manual opening molds with a very high degree of interior finish. This set of molds and fixed tables supplied cover the entire range of parts to be manufactured. The client uses a very high-tech type of concrete that incorporates fibers to replace the typical iron reinforcements, which has forced them to be extremely careful in controlling the internal quality of the molds and the surfaces in contact with said concrete.

The correct selection of materials for the construction of this equipment was one of the keys to the project, which, added to an almost artisanal polishing of the surfaces in contact with the concrete using discs, allowed us to generate a mirror-like finish that is reflected in the high quality. surface of the concrete pieces.
