The Mexican client has once again trusted Moldtech for this new addition to its production line. The use of these tilting tables will allow the client to accelerate their manufacturing processes, reduce production times and, ultimately, increase their capacity to meet the growing demand for precast concrete products in the Mexican market.

Moldtech tilting tables are designed to produce precast concrete panels in various thicknesses for residential, commercial and industrial construction. Its tilting mechanism allows the panels to be easily removed in the vertical position with less time for the concrete to harden.

This turning mechanism consists of a set of telescopic hydraulic cylinders and their number and load capacity will depend on the size and load capacity of the table. The cylinders are activated by means of a hydraulic power plant with an electrical control panel that can control one or several tables, depending on the project.

Tilting tables can incorporate one or more side bands depending on the type of panels to be molded.

Tilting table risers can be fixed, hinged or height adjustable. Furthermore, the movement of the bands can be done mechanically or hydraulically.

Two tilting tables composed of 5 modules of 11.8m length are supplied. The union of the modules configures a production line 60m long and 3.7m wide.

The modules are made up of a fixed frame, with supports fixed to the foundation, and a tilting board that allows a maximum inclination of 74º.

The modules have an upper longitudinal band that allows straight panels of variable height between 2.7m and 3.7m to be manufactured. Additionally, the upper band has a system of lifting cylinders that allows horizontal movement without friction between the elements of the band and the table top. It also incorporates a height-adjustable lower longitudinal band that allows panels with a thickness between 100 and 250 mm to be manufactured.

To ensure a fine and shiny finish of the panel surface, Moldtech can give the molding surface of the tilting table an optimal polish that provides a mirror effect.
