Nefab expands into Eastern Europe

Nefab, a company specialising in the supply of complete packaging solutions, has recently opened a branch in Timisoara, one of the most important cities in Romania, in its international expansion line.

Nefab wants to strengthen its existing presence in the Eastern European market, and in the case of Romania, the objective of the new branch is to focus its work on the automotive industry, which is of great importance to the group in the Balkan country.

The person in charge of Nefab in the Romanian branch is Zoltán Gödér, who will work closely with the head of Nefab Packaging Hungary Kft, Zsolt Peller.

Currently, the Nefab Group, in addition to its production center in Getafe (Madrid), has factories in Estonia, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, China and Brazil, along with sales and distribution organizations in the main industrialized countries of the world, as well as maintaining cooperation agreements with companies in Switzerland, Japan, Australia or South Korea, which allows it to be present on all five continents.

The Nefab Group's worldwide revenue in 2003 was €113,68 million, of which €9,65 million came from Spain. In the first half of this year, a 33% increase was recorded, reaching €68,73 million globally.
