New AES P1 automated export system

The objective of the webinar is to present the new features implemented with the new AES export system as well as the advances in it that could affect the entire logistics chain in merchandise exports.

All Spanish operators must use the system from May 9, 2023 AES P1 (Automated Export System or Automated Export System), electronic system that aims to apply the requirements established in the Union Customs Code relating to the export and exit of merchandise from the customs territory of the Union, which means ceasing to apply the system applicable to date, ECS – Export control system.

Other points related to export declarations will also be discussed, such as the powers to rectify and invalidate declarations.
