After overcoming the difficulties caused by the pandemic, the increase in oil prices and the growth in global demand in recent years have boosted the country's economic recovery.

Spain ranks 14th among agri-food exporters to the UAE, with 2,2% or USD 414 million in that year, with Andalusia contributing products worth almost USD 80 million.
