The idea that Panama is the path to internationalization for Spanish companies and the right platform to open markets in the region was put forward during the "Panama: Strategic Platform for Latin America" conference, held at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, where the opportunities offered by the country, especially in the agricultural and real estate sectors, were presented.

These investments are primarily concentrated in the banking, industrial, and commercial sectors, but there is also significant interest in the logistics, tourism, and agricultural sectors, among others.
