Pascual accelerates, aiming for €100M in international revenue by 2027

The strategy, framed within its strategic plan "Heading Towards 24-27", implies a change of focus, moving from a traditional export model to one of real internationalization, which focuses on produce and distribute directly in third countries.

The group has demonstrated an upward trajectory in its international business, projecting to close the year 2025 with international sales of 70 millones de eurosThis represents a significant jump from the 20 million euros billed in 2019. Intermediate forecasts point to a figure of between 82 and 84 million euros in 2026, before reaching the milestone of 100 million in 2027.

The main geographical areas of this expansion are Central America, Africa and Asia, regions that the company places around the "15th parallel" and where the demand for affordable and nutritious food is growing.

Asia: Pascual will consolidate its presence in Southeast Asia with the opening of a new factory in the Philippines, which will add to its operations in the a joint venture ABI Pascual Foods. The company already holds a market share of 40 % in long-life yogurts in the Philippines. Additionally, Indonesia is on the company's radar as a potential market.

America: The project in GuatemalaWith its a joint venture Gracia Foods is fundamental, with local production already active for Bifrutas and, from 2025, for long-life yogurts and Vivesoy plant-based drinks.

Africa: The bet for Morocco y Angola —despite occasional logistical instabilities— it remains strong. Pascual has a presence in 28 African countries and is a leader in five of them.

40 to 120 International Employees

This ambitious business plan will be accompanied by a significant increase in its international workforce, which will triple. The company anticipates that its overseas team will grow from the current 40 employees to a range of 100 to 120 workers by 2027.

The key to their success in these markets, especially those with more complex logistics infrastructure, lies in their long-life technologywhich allows products like yogurt to be preserved for up to 11 months without refrigeration, a decisive competitive advantage.

Tomás Meléndez, International Director of Pascual, He emphasized the significance of the new strategic approach: “We want to take a qualitative leap in our international strategy, and that implies moving from a classic export model to a true internationalization; that is to say, produce and distribute locally in other countriesFor this we have partners with a reliable and established track record in countries such as Morocco, Angola, and Guatemala.”

Regarding revenue forecasts, Meléndez highlighted the strong progress: “After generating €20 million in revenue in 2019, the outlook for the end of 2025 is to achieve 70 millones de eurosBy 2026 we want to be in the 82-84 million euro range and in 2027 reach 100 millones de eurosThis shows that Pascual's internationalization business is working and has no limits.”

For its part, César Vargas, Business Director of Pascual, He reaffirmed the company's commitment: “We have a vocation for internationalization, to reach the 100 million in the coming years And we're betting on that.”
