Fullness, through its subsidiary Eni New Energy US, the construction of the plant has been completed guajillo in the county of Webb, TexasWith a capacity of 200 MW, it becomes the company's largest battery storage system to date.
The plant, equipped with LFP (lithium iron phosphate) batteries, is located next to the "Corazon Solar Farm," one of Plenitude's largest solar farms. This strategic location will maximize operational synergies and strengthen the company's presence in the area.
Guajillo will play a crucial role in stabilising the local power grid, improving the efficiency of the region's energy system, which is experiencing a boom in electricity generation from renewable sources. The plant is expected to be commercially operational by mid-2025.

Eni-controlled Plenitude is present in more than 15 countries and aims to reach 8 GW of installed renewable capacity globally by 2027. Its business model integrates the production of electricity from renewable sources, the sale of energy and energy solutions, and an extensive network of charging points for electric vehicles.
