From February 5 to 7, the Association of Producers and Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables of the Region of Murcia (Proexport) participates in the prestigious fair 'Fruit Logistica 2025' held in Berlin. Over 100 meetings arrangedProexport seeks to consolidate its position as a leader in fruit and vegetable exports, which already reach a value of more than 3.100 billion euros.
The event is crucial for Murcian companies, who see this event as an opportunity to "dialogue, listen and meet the needs" of the sector, according to Mariano Zapata, president of Proexport. Zapata highlights that clients want to “clear up as many present and future uncertainties as possible,” ensuring reliable supply with sustainable agricultural practices.
In Hall 18 of the fairgrounds, Proexport together with its associated companies such as Agrícola Santa Eulalia y Fruveg Sdad. Germany, It remains a key destination for these exports; during the 2023-24 campaign, 751.729 tons were shipped, representing 31,7% of the total exported by Murcia.
