Renta Corporación invests 50 million in two buildings

The real estate group Renta Corporación has entered the US market with the purchase of two Manhattan properties, which it will restore and put up for sale, a project in which it will invest €50 million.
In this way, the company continues with its internationalization project that began in 2002 in Paris, Berlin and London and which accounted for 36% of its sales in 2006.
 Renta Corporación has acquired a five-story building with an area of ​​2.500 square meters in the Tribeca neighborhood, near Wall Street, and an eight-story building near Rockefeller Center.
The group will operate in the US market with the holding/olding company Renta Corporation, which will also be the Group's brand, headed by Eduardo Rabassa as director for the United States.
The company announced its intention to continue growing in the US and European markets to ensure that foreign activities represent 50% of the company's business.
