Growth and Consolidation in Spain and Latin America
SAASA is immersed in an important development project in the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, where it is building a new air cargo terminal. This infrastructure, located on ramp 4 of the airport, is the result of the concession granted by Aena in 2024 for cargo handling, storage, transportation, and distribution operations. The cargo terminal, with 6.100 square meters within a 14.000-square-meter plot, will be equipped for a transfer capacity of more than 80 million kilograms per year, including 1.200 square meters of climate-controlled facilities for perishable cargo and a Border Inspection center for the control of goods entering the European Union.
In addition to this project in Spain, one of SAASA's most valuable assets is its modern logistics center at the airport. Jorge Chavez de Lima, which covers over 7.000 square meters dedicated to the cargo of a wide variety of products, from pharmaceuticals to live animals. The company currently manages over 10.000 square meters of warehouses in different countries and provides services to top-tier airlines such as Iberia, Air Europa, Air France, KLM, British Airways and Qatar Airways, among others.
