El Building D, which will be built with seven floors above ground and a basement, has been designed to house more than 430 students, providing essential accommodation and services for the campus community.
In parallel, the company will begin work on the Building C, which will be completely renovated. This first phase includes key tasks such as demolitions, specific structural reinforcements, and waterproofing improvements, paving the way for a comprehensive renovation.
With this new contract, SANJOSE will add a total constructed area of almost 70.000 square meters to the campus, having previously participated in the construction of buildings A, B, and E.
