Andalusian Fashion Awards:
The gala of the Andalusian Fashion Awards, which will be held on March 10, will recognize the careers of prominent figures in design, craftsmanship, sustainability and the fashion industry. Among the winners are Juana Martín, Moisés Nieto, Pablo López, Pepa Bueno, María Valdés, Pablo Fernández and Karina Díaz.
Arturo Bernal, Patricia del Pozo, Rocío Blanco, Pedro Antonio Ramírez, Catalina García, José Luis Sanz and Jaime Álvarez will be in charge of presenting the awards, which demonstrates the institutional support for the event.
Sustainability and Craftsmanship:
SIMA 41 will focus on sustainability and craftsmanship, with the participation of Costa Rica as a guest country. Initiatives such as Moda Re and projects by international designers who support ethical and responsible fashion will be highlighted.
University Space of Fashion:
The university space for fashion will be consolidated with the participation of institutions such as ESSDM, Accademia di Belli Arti of Perugia, ISMAT of Portimao and Istituto Isabella D´Este of Naples, positioning Andalusia as an artistic and intellectual meeting point.
International Participation:
The event will feature the participation of designers and firms from countries such as the United States, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Portugal and France, as well as from Spanish regions such as Madrid, the Basque Country, Catalonia and Extremadura.
Impact and Diffusion:
SIMA 41 is expected to welcome more than 8.000 attendees and will be covered by more than 40 national and international media outlets, as well as 27 industry influencers.
