More than sixty experts from politics, private business and research will meet
The city will host the first edition of the “Summit40ceans Sevilla Blue Economy Virtual Event”.
Seville will host, on May 18 and 19, the first global forum on the blue economy in Spain which, virtually, will involve more than sixty experts from politics, private business and research, in order to “take action” in global commitments related to the preservation of the seas and oceans.
The first edition of “Summit40ceans Sevilla Blue Economy Virtual Event”, announced this Tuesday in a telematic press conference, will analyze the challenges presented by an industry that, according to estimates by the European Commission, concentrates 5% of employment in Spain and contributes a gross added value of 32.700 billion euros annually.
