This new concept has been well received by the HR director of Transportes García de la Fuente (TGF), Laura Vega, who pointed out during the press conference the current difficulty of hiring traffic operators or trailer mechanics: “It is difficult to find qualified professionals for the current requirements that we need, because, among other reasons, young people are not attracted to the sector and there is a problem in generational change.
