TECNIBERIA and FEPAC will discuss legal security in infrastructure investments in Latin America in Madrid

 

The Pan American Federation of Consultants (FEPAC) will be the special guest at these conferences, where legal security in infrastructure investments will be discussed. Latin America, a topic of vital importance for companies in the sector.

 

The main event, scheduled for Thursday, September 12, will be titled 'Legal certainty in infrastructure development in Latin America'. Industry experts will analyse the impact of future investments in the region and discuss the risks associated with legal uncertainty.

 

The day will be opened by Joan Franco, president of TECNIBERIA; Jaime Saavedra de Rivero, president of FEPAC, and Pablo Conde, General Director of Business Internationalization at ICEX. During the event, the following will also speak: Ambassadors of Colombia and Peru in Spain, who will share the current situation in terms of infrastructure and legal security in their respective countries. In addition, representatives from three multilateral banksIncluding Central American Bank for Economic Integration and the Inter-American Development Bank, will contribute their vision on investments in the region.

 

"These conferences are a unique opportunity to analyze the needs and challenges facing infrastructure investments in Latin America," Joan Franco emphasized, highlighting the importance of collaboration between European and Latin American institutions to ensure sustainable and secure development within the legal framework.

 

FEPAC, which represents national associations from 14 countries in Latin America and Europe, will also hold a session of its executive committee as part of the programme.
