In order to reinforce the role that business organizations such as CEOE and FEDECAMARAS play in the Ibero-American environment.

President of FEDECAMARAS, Ricardo Cusanno, has held an institutional meeting with the CEOE president, Antonio Garamendi, and the permanent secretary of the Council of Ibero-American Entrepreneurs-CEIB and general director of CEOE International, Narciso Casado, at the headquarters of Spanish businessmen in order to reinforce the role that business organizations such as CEOE y FEDECAMARAS carried out in the Ibero-American environment, since they represent a strategic vehicle for the business sector acting as representatives of their interests and defense of their rights.

Within the framework of the meeting, they spoke about the need to promote regional business cooperation to promote development and growth in countries, where business organizations have the role of mediators between the different economic and social agents.

They have also highlighted the important work that the Ibero-American Business Counciltogether with Ibero-American General Secretary-SEGIB and International Organization of Employers-IOE are being carried out in the strategic Ibero-American space as a follow-up to the mandates emanating from the Ibero-American Summits of Heads of State and Government.

Among the different planned activities, Casado has announced the next Ibero-American Open Innovation Forum, launched by the SEGIB y CEOE-CEIB and which will take place at the headquarters of CEOE next November 27 and 28, 2019.
