El Saica Group has taken an important step in its international expantion by acquiring a majority stake in LIC Packaging, an Italian company specialized in the production of corrugated cardboard packaging.

 

LIC Packaging, based in the province of Brescia (Lombardy), has a long history in the packaging sector. The company, which employs 351 people, had a turnover of 120 million euros in 2023. The family Bertoldo, owner of LIC Packaging since its foundation, will continue to lead the management of the company.
