The multimodal logistics cluster of Port of Bilbao, Uniport, has brought together for the first time 600 professionals from the Basque logistics sector at the event «Logistika eguna», on the occasion of its 30th anniversary.
During the event, Uniport President, F. Jaber BringasHe emphasized the importance of collaboration among all stakeholders, both public and private, to continue advancing the sector's competitiveness. "We wanted to celebrate our 30th anniversary by honoring those who are part of this great Basque logistics family. Only by collaborating can we move forward, and we move forward together. Everyone contributes, whether we are large or small," Bringas stated.
The meeting was attended by institutional authorities such as the general deputy of Bizkaia, Elixabete Etxanobe, and the councillor for urban planning of the Bilbao City Council, Asier Abaunza, among others, as well as representatives of the sector such as the president of the Port Authority of Bilbao, Ricardo BarkalaAnd the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Bilbao, José Ignacio Zudaire.
The organizers also highlighted the success of the event and regretted not being able to accept all applications due to high demand: "We regret not being able to accommodate all requests, as the venue was at full capacity."
