Two meetings with the City Council and the University

Representatives of Indian universities Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation (VMRF), Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) and University of Rajasthan They made a visit to the city of León, where they held separate meetings with the Town Hall and the University.
The mayor of León participated in the meeting, Jose Antonio Diez; the rector and vice-rector of the University of León (ULE), Juan Francisco García Marín and Roberto Baelo; Ajay Kumar Sharma of VMRF; Snigha Sharmade from IITM, and José Carlos Redondo Martínez, from the University of Rajasthan.
The purpose of the visit was to strengthen collaborative ties in the field of international mobility of students and teachers, as well as other collaborations that increase the attractiveness of the University of León for researchers and students from India.
With the León City Council, on the other hand, areas of common interest and proposals were explored that could allow the establishment of a relationship that reinforces the image of León in India as a destination for learning Spanish, for tourism and for development. of investments, while developing cultural and business ties.
