Course on Business in China, October 24 and 25
CECO, ICEX and Casa Asia have jointly organized the "Business Course: China", which will take place at the Valencia Conference Centre on October 24 and 25.
All the modules have an eminently practical character, focused on enabling the assimilation, in a concise way, of the main opportunities and difficulties presented by the market, cultural differences, the legal framework, as well as other aspects of interest.
The first day will cover various topics such as "Economic situation and business opportunities for Spanish companies"; "Protection of intellectual property and technology transfer in China" or "Legal and tax regime of investments in China".
October 25th will feature topics as interesting as "Mergers and Acquisitions in China"; "Practical Case Studies of Business in China"; and "Protocol for Business in China".
The presentations will be given by professionals familiar with the business world in the Asian country; experts with extensive experience in advising companies with interests in China, such as Jorge Dajani, Josep Herrero, Ramón Trénor Galindo, Jacinto Soler or Mónica Li.
This course is aimed at Spanish companies that want to include China in their international strategy, whether through establishing production facilities in the country, exporting, or other means. It is geared towards business owners and managers who wish to gain a practical and concise understanding of the key aspects a foreign company should consider when doing business there.
