The Spanish startup for digital management of corporate expenses and VAT recovery through the issuance of electronic invoices, has been acquired by the Israeli company Way2Vat, one of the main global providers of automated VAT claim and refund solutions, as well as the issuance of corporate cards MasterCard.

 

With this operation, the platforms DevoluIVA and Way2Vat They are technologically integrated to achieve greater operational and financial scale.

 

The CEO of Voxel, parent company of DevoluIVA, Angel Garrido, explained that the integration of these two platforms is “a great opportunity to grow. DevoluIVA will continue to operate from Spain, maintaining the staff, the brand and the same business model.”

 

For its part, Way2Vat will market DevoluIVA's corporate expense management application as part of its multi-product strategy. Thus, Voxel will be able to integrate the recovery capabilities ofl International VAT through the Way2Vat platform and complement the current offering of business-to-business payment and electronic invoicing solutions in the corporate travel sector.
